Our primary aim is to provide our customers with an efficient quality maintenance service also speedy response to any emergencies that may arise during your guests stay in our client properties.
Not only do we greet your guests on their arrival, we also provide instruction on appliance use in your property.

Listed below are details of some of the main services we provide. We are a flexible business and can tailor our home services to suit your needs, whatever your requirements!

We will hold a duplicate of your key (s) to enable us visit you property to carry out inspections etc also to hand over to your guests when they arrive
 

Our linen service includes launder of all bedding, towels, t-towels etc using all our cleaning products after your guests leave. The cost of this service is calculated / based on property size & guest numbers.
 

We can and do also provide airport transfers from Larnaca to your property and vice versa for up to 4 guests - POA. If you have more than four guests then we can still provide the transfers, but will need to quote for this separately as it will depend on the numbers involved, also the amount of luggage they have.
We can also provide airport transfers to / from Paphos airport for guests, POA.
 
Other services include weekly inspection visits of your property. We can provide this service for you on an 'as & when' basis - such as when your property is not rented out - or for the Winter period from October to March. You can choose, its your call. Your property is aired, toilets flushed, run the taps, water your plants (pots) and check the property to make sure all is well - especially with condensation and mould being an issue here. We do recommend you have this service, as there are numerous benefits to having this, the biggest one being peace of mind that your property is safe and being looked after when your not there. We follow our visit with an update via e-mail informing you of your property status.
